Job description

Polymechanics manufacture workpieces from individual pieces to series. After receiving the drawings, the polymechanic is responsible for creating his work procedure, programming and setting up the machine to produce the workpiece, establishing and monitoring the production process. Together with the trainer, the production processes are continuously monitored and optimised.

Requirements

  • School-leaving qualification: Secondary or primary school plus 10th year of school.
  • Interest in technical contexts, mechanics and physics
  • Good spatial imagination
  • Manual dexterity with precise and careful working methods
  • Good grades in mathematics and physics
  • Pleasure in working on a product that is not common place
  • Reliable and a team player
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated
